He graduated from Singularity University´s Executive Program in Silicon Valley. Moved by the desire to have a positive impact at scale and to create his company´s future, he benefited from world-class experts´ lectures and workshops on exponential thinking and technologies. He learnt about key exponential technologies and their influence on our business and private world in future. Another key topic dealt with ethical leadership in our world of change.
A native of Barcelona, driven by his passion for education, Jonathan is also Postgraduate Director and Master´s program associate professor at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and lecturer at the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies IESP.
He initiated a new approach in education and is co-founder and CEO with Inn-Be, a start-up dedicated to High-Performance Education (HPE). According to his belief in customer-led transformation and unleashing the talents of the employees, he and his team are convinced that what works on business will also work in the educational field by unleash the potential of educational institutions, teachers, students and families through HPE providing better chances for students not only in Spain but especially in Latin America.
In Germany, he worked as a Director and Global Head of Lean Management with the HARTMANN GROUP based in their headquarters in Heidenheim. After defining a global strategy, he led an international transformation which converted HARTMANN GROUP into a more structured, measurable, efficient, agile, and capable organization.
Prior to becoming a director for HARTMANN GROUP, he held leadership positions in several firms including Proctor & Gamble, where he led several operational teams and product launches. After a global benchmark between P&G and Toyota, he was assigned to lead an international transformation, which resulted in breakthrough improvements in Key Performance Indicators such as lead-time, speed to market, produce to demand and productivity.
During his career, Jonathan has led multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in more than 30 successful business transformations in a dozen countries and on three continents. In these transformations, he helped the organizations develop the business strategies, leadership competences as well as the innovation ecosystems and capabilities to deliver superior business results.
Jonathan was mentored by Jeffrey K. Liker (internationally recognized author of The Toyota Way with thirteen Shingo prices for Research Excellence) and David Hanna (expert in Organizational Design for High-Performance Organizations, ex-Procter & Gamble and Frankley Covey Co.).
